Re: crazyradio PA connect issue
Adding to that, I was referring to the cfclient console. If you don't get any output when connecting with radio you can try with USB. If you are using the VM don't forget to hand over the Crazyflie USB device to the VM.

Re: Flowdeck is not working properly
It looks like the flow deck is not identified correctly. Possibly the 1-wire memory is corrupt or empty. Please try the following (assuming crazyflie-lib-python has been installed). Download the write-ow-flow2.py python script Connect only the flow v2 deck to the CF2.1, no other decks Power on the C...

Re: crazyradio PA connect issue
There is a chance it is hardware problem with the radio. It would be good if you could post the cfclient console output here. You can get this by connecting with the USB cable as well if the radio can't connect.

Re: Bolt Motor/ESC/Battery choose
I'll do my best to answer your questions Have a question about the battery. In the video, there is a setup that uses a Li-Ion battery. But I don't want to use that in my project. If I switch to a 500mAh 1S LiPo battery, which is 1/5 of the capacity of the one in the video. Will I also only get 1/5 o...

Re: Big Quad Deck and Flow Deck
Hi! When you write measure precisely, what precision do you need. The precision is somewhat undefined from the Flow deck as it very much depends on how well it is able to track the surface. The flow deck can be used with the big-quad deck with a patch. You can read about it in the development tab un...

Re: Hbridge deck design for bidirectional motor control
It is hard to tell the best way forward and if you want to use the flow deck, LPS etc already hogging the BigQuad PWM outputs is a problem. A couple of options I can think of Use a separate MCU on the deck to drive the H-bridges and motors. Could use I2C as interface to not hog any pins but this sol...

Re: Crazyflie 2.1 Hardware Consistency Issue
If you have the possibility change the full power path between the new and old. That is battery, motors, props. Then check the hover thrust again. This would tell us if the any of these components are the issue.

Re: Crazyflie Bolt parts are damaged when trying to fly a DIY drone.
Wire the battery to the PDB but also in parallel to the Bolt so that it can measure the voltage and power it. Wire the ESC signals from the bolt (middle wire) to the ESC and power the ESCs from the PDB. Could it be that you held the drone up-side-down? That would trigger tumble detection and shut of...

Re: Crazyflie 2.1 Hardware Consistency Issue
The propellers look balanced enough. The WARNING is due to the propeller test is hogging the loop and not an error. Are you running the same firmware as you are not getting the warning on the old crazyflie?

Re: Crazyflie Bolt parts are damaged when trying to fly a DIY drone.
Yes, this is most likely caused by over current. I suggest you to use a PDB and not run the power though the Bolt on your setup.
With a hot air station it is possible to replace the mosfet. If you use a PDB you don't really need the mosfet, only the motor signal wire, the middle one.
