Re: 3D hover with wide FOV optical flow
@csholmq- We've made OF sensors of that size many times in the past, but never sold them publicly. (Our lightest was 125 milligrams!) The market didn't seem there yet and they were a bit more difficult to make. But I think that is changing- if there is enough demand then yes we will offer them as a...

Re: 3D hover with wide FOV optical flow
I got most of that from your link and videos. I was wondering if you had some more info on First, the optical flow sensor array extracts global optical flow patterns and produces measurements of motion along corresponding cardinal directions. but I realize now that you actually produce this product....

Re: Public Service Announcement
Ouch, that's rough. Perhaps there should be some form of safeguard that prevents throttle above 0% when connecting for the first time.

Re: 3D hover with wide FOV optical flow
Very nice approach. How is the fusion between the different sensors done?

Re: Battery life
A LiPo, 1 cell, battery has a nominal voltage of 3.7V. Maximum voltage is theoretically 4.23V and "safe" minimum voltage is 3.0V. To calculate charge state: C = (x - 3.0) / (4.23 - 3.0) So at 3.7V, the battery is charged to 57%. Now, what that means is only that 57% of the charge is left i...

Re: New program to control the crazyflie with your keyboard
Nevermind. The problem was that I downloaded the "latest" cfclient which was from 2013.11. So I grabbed the latest source and now it works great! Fairly difficult to fly since it's so "zippy". I imagine I have to learn it's dynamics with a regular controller first. Beautiful scri...

I've assembled it, but I don't have a controller. Tried using the android app on my Nexus 4, but it doesn't support OTG
I guess I'll have to buy a controller now.
