A possibly good, cheap, and light FPV setup...

Post by chad »

I just saw this post on Hackaday about a very small DIY FPV camera setup for under $100USD. I haven't read through the whole article yet (the one at flitetest.com) but I'm thinking this may be a good FPV setup for the CF1.0 (and maybe 2.0 as well).

Thoughts from any hardware guys in the community? I might try it out if others think it might work well...

Sorry for the late reply.
Yup, we have been using the same camera and lens with a less powerful transmitter and voltage regulator to do exactly this since the early CF1 days. Should work fine with the CF2 too.

Thanks for the response and especially the links! I should have done a little more forum searching and I probably would have found the threads myself. Great to know this path has been tread before.
