reading and writing values to a external file

hi there
i just need to write and read values to and from an external file so can anyone tell me that if this is possible with the crazyflie 2.0 programming that i write the different values from crazyflie to an external file in computer and then can read them from that file as well and use that in programming crazyflie 2.0.
