hi,
i tried using the PID tuning script in the cflib but every time the crazyflie will just fly to one direction after take off.
Anyone can help me figure out what happened here? Thank you.
P.S The Loco positioning systems are well calibrated.
PID Tuner script
Re: PID Tuner script
Hi!
Could you specify more what was happening? Did it take off, fly in just one direction and crash? Or do you mean that the PID control script only made the crazyflie fly in one direction (which is by design).
The pid tuning script is a bit old and only tested with the lighthouse system, and haven't been evaluated at every release. Also, it was made for demonstration purposes only, as the crazyflie is already quite tightly tuned with the PID controls already, so you should not need to tune it at all.

Re: PID Tuner script
Thanks kimberly, i managed to figure out where went wrong, it turns out that the crazyflie took off in the wrong orientation.
Tested this script with bolt and loco positioning system, works perfectly fine.
